Please understand that we do not provide itemised try-ons. Booking an appointment does not guarantee the garment is available in our stockroom on the day. Please note that the garment itself may still be available for your event date.  

It is important to note that if you arrive later than your allocated time, this will go into your appointment time. We cannot extend your appointment under any circumstances. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to browse our collection and choose your favourite selects to try on. 

If  you would like to reschedule your try-on appointment, please inform us within 48 hours so we can accommodate a new appointment and/or receive a store credit for cancellations within this time frame. Please note, the $10 try-on fee is non-refundable. 

Please note, try-on fees do not go towards selling items.
